The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Tennessee Tech university, Cookeville, Tennessee, USA, is offering a full PhD scholarship. The PhD candidate is to conduct research in the area of network security and privacy preservation. The candidate will by supervised by Dr Mohamed Mahmoud (http://iweb.tntech.edu/mmahmoud/). Applicants are required to GRE with minimum requirements V = 147, Q = 157, AW = 3.5, Toefel 550 or Ielts 5.5, and QPA = 3.5. Strong applicant should have a strong foundation in security/privacy, cryptography and network. The scholarship meets the full tuition fees and health coverage. It also provides a tax-free living allowance of $!8,000 per year.
